Having a Functional Family

The Ideal Family

The ideal family is many times described as being a healthy, functional family unit. Whenever there is a particular breakdown within the family, the term “dysfunctional” is commonly used. As is commonly the case, many times more focus is placed upon the “dysfunctional” side rather than the “functional” side; it is easier to point out flaw rather than to describe good attributes.

Part of a True Family

The Same Body

One of the interesting parts of traveling is the opportunity to visit other congregations of the body of Christ. In different cities, different states, even different countries we can meet fellow brothers and sisters who are a part of the same body. When greeting fellow Christians we are literally greeting our family, connected in a way more powerful than anything else in this world.
