Within the American legal system, it is considered the proper standard for people accused of a crime to be assumed innocent until proven guilty. This means that the party prosecuting the crime must establish, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the accused was indeed guilty of the crime. Meeting this requirement is known as meeting the “burden of proof.”
We live in a culture that is obsessed with attention, fame, and significance. In reality, any such attempts at measurement are merely conjecture because man cannot comprehend such scope. Among such a maelstrom one singular galaxy does not appear to hold specific importance.

It is a useful area of study, especially for such things as risk assessment or sociology. However, in terms of ratios of odds, many people are not fully appreciative of what certain odds mean.
